 Nice product and provides a lot of detailed information. I really like the UI also. I did have a comment. When I ran a Self Test on a samsung 160GB SATA drive it ran okay but the HD was unusable after it completed. The OS completely lost it. I had to do a power off/on to get it back. This program was unable to read SATA Hard drive temperatures using a Promise SATA 300 TX4 controller card for the Seagate 1TB hard drives.

Buggy software Program has a poor user interface and is also very buggy.Trying to select a hard drive to scan for bad sectors only results in selecting ONE, and it is impossible to change to another one.It is impossible to perform a scan on several drives at once.Selecting another hard drive while scan is in progress will result in the hard drives jumping around in the list; unable to select another one.This is hardly what I would call a good program.

I had a SATA external disk damaged by an accidental power off and wanted to repair it. I downloaded DRW and attempted to use it. I did not understand that it would not actually save the files unless I had registered. This is not an unreasonable policy but it would be nice to tell people that when the program starts.
